Instructions: Heat the pan, sauté the onion and pepper. Add the tomato, cook for 2-3 minutes. Crack the eggs and scramble until cooked. Serve with bread.
2. Foil Potatoes
Ingredients: 4 medium potatoes, butter, salt, black pepper, optional cheese
Instructions: Wash the potatoes, prick with a fork. Rub with butter, salt, and black pepper. Wrap in aluminum foil. Bury in the hot coals of the fire, cook for 30-40 minutes.
3. Camp Soup: Lentil
Ingredients: 1 cup red lentils, 1 onion, 1 carrot, salt, cumin, 1 liter water
Instructions: Put all ingredients in a pot. Heat until boiling, then simmer for 20 minutes. If desired, puree with a blender.
